  • Streamlining of data requirements for an offer illustration system to calculate annuity revisions, required by a major life assurance company, resulted in shortened timescales for development and production.
  • Training course material for settlements personnel of investment company client, written and produced to tight delivery deadlines, comprising manual and work-through examples was a ‘runaway success’.
  • A manual of business processes, written and produced for the content production team at a leading cable television provider, became a discussion document used by senior management of their new parent company.
  • A comprehensive guide for a database system, produced for a global re-insurance broker, incorporating extensive business information, formed the source document for system re-design and re-development.
  • Operational and system procedures produced for customer service personnel, prior to launch of mobile phone service, were quickly and efficiently adapted for training courses.
  • (Personal project) Organised and directed a new charity road running event, incorporating a 10 km race under official AAA rules, also a 3 km fun run.  Also obtained corporate and individual sponsorship. Through active promotion and marketing, the event became established in the event calendar for 10 years.
